POSITION SUMMARY
AMPLY is seeking a talented Senior PMO Administrator to successfully organize and manage the development and deployment of EV fleet charging projects. The Senior PMO Administrator will work in tandem with the Director of Project Development and Director of Construction to oversee and provide departmental strategy for a diverse portfolio of EV charging depot projects across the entire project lifecycle (design, permitting, construction, commissioning), interfacing with all relevant project stakeholders (customers, contractors, permitting authorities, equipment vendors, and utilities).
A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in standardizing project management processes and developing proper documentation and tracking frameworks. In collaboration with the department heads, this position is responsible for oversight and management of all assigned project staff and subcontractors, and ensuring alignment in processes and protocols. This position will also manage quality improvement processes to ensure deliverables are met, the impact is documented, and will utilize project management software to communicate with leadership about program status and progress.
