AMPLY deploys and operates EV chargers with Grid Edge technologies, enabling automatic load management to optimize time-of-use charging, integration of renewables and energy storage, and alignment with existing site loads, ensuring high efficiency, low cost, and 99.99% uptime. We serve public sector and commercial fleet vehicles – electric buses, trucks, and passenger fleets. AMPLY Power is focused on transforming the transportation sector by removing the challenges and learning curves that fleet operators often face when switching to electricity as a fuel.
AMPLY Power is looking for a high-energy Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of relevant experience who shares our philosophy that finding high-quality talent requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods. You’ll act as a trusted talent partner for department leads within our Engineering organization, identifying and recruiting the top talent, while ensuring we maintain our strong, unique, and inclusive culture.
As the first impression of our company, you’ll need to be able to relay a compelling picture of our company, vision, culture, and responsibilities to potential candidates, and be fearless in pursuing great candidates. The ideal candidate understands the importance of hiring in a growing company using a variety of sourcing & research techniques to successfully meet the challenges of unearthing top prospects across the industry and has the proven ability to do so beyond just using LinkedIn as your primary source. This role will report to the HR Manager.
